Grilled Lobster with Anchovy Butter Sauce

  1. Boil the lobsters for 6 minutes.
  2. Cool on an ice bath.
  3. Split the lobster in half.
  4. Saute the garlic in 1 tablespoon of the butter.
  5. Add the anchovies and the rest of the butter and puree the mixture in a blender.
  6. Rub the cut side of the lobster with the anchovy butter and grill for 2 minutes on each side.
