Sauteed Chicken Livers Recipe

  1. Mix flour, salt and pepper.
  2. Coat chicken livers with seasoned flour.
  3. Heat bacon drippings and quickly brown the chicken livers.
  4. Remove livers to side platter.
  5. Brown onion in bacon pan, till tender; then add in mushrooms, chicken bouillon and vermouth.
  6. Cook till slightly thickened, about 15-20 min.
  7. Return livers to pan and cook till warm.
  8. Serve over rice.
