Barberry and Orange Tea

  1. Place the dried barberries in a teapot or pyrex measuring cup.
  2. Add the orange zest, orange slices and cloves.
  3. Pour on the boiling water.
  4. Stir in the honey.
  5. Cover and allow the mixture to steep for 15 to 30 minutes.
  6. Strain and reheat gently if desired but do not boil.
