Ginger-Seared Salmon

  1. Cook and stir onions and ginger in hot oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 3 min.
  2. Add fish, flesh-side down; cook on high heat 2 min.
  3. Turn fish over; sprinkle with dressing mix.
  4. Top with vegetables.
  5. Stir in water; cover.
  6. Cook on medium-low 7 to 10 min.
  7. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  8. Serve over rice; top with sauce from skillet.
