Basmati rice in beef stock

  1. In a pot boil your beef stock
  2. Add your rice bring to boil add turmeric and saffron oil
  3. Add water and Edamame let cook add water if you need, after liquid is almost gone see how tender the rice is.
  4. Add more water if not done.
  5. In a pan add oil and stir fry the vermicelli pasta till browned add cumin.
  6. Add salt to taste
  7. I had left over beef leftover from the shooters sandwich so I sliced thinly layed it on top.
  8. Cover, let sit 25 -30 minutes undisturbed.
  9. Serve hope you enjoy!
