Baked Kale Chips
- 1 head Kale
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 pinch Sea Salt
- Preheat the oven to 200 F. Wash the kale and dry it well.
- Tear the kale into smaller pieces (get rid of the tough middle stem).
- In a bowl, toss it with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
- Place on a lined baking tray and bake for 20 minutes, remove and toss the kale, place in the oven for another 15-20 minutes, until dry and crisp.
- Enjoy!
