Curried Beef Fajitas (Low Carb)

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan.
  2. Stir in the vegetables then fry for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the beef along with the remaining ingredients, simmer until there is no liquid left.
  4. Spread sour cream on the tortilla shells then top with the beef, vegetables, & cheese.
  5. Enjoy!
