Tomato, Mozzarella & Fresh Herb Sandwiches
- Pesto Aioli
- 1 cup KRAFT Extra Heavy Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. fresh basil leaves, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Sandwich Assembly
- 16 each French bread rolls, split
- 48 slices plum tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 48 slices yellow tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 48 slices POLLY-O Fresh Mozzarella Log, thinly sliced
- 2 cups fresh parsley leaves
- 1/3 cup fresh oregano leaves
- 1/3 cup fresh thyme leaves
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. black pepper
- Pesto Aioli: Combine ingredients.
- Sandwich Assembly: Spread 1 Tbsp.
- Pesto Aioli on cut side of top half of roll.
- Fill roll with 3 slices of each tomato and 3 cheese slices.
- Top with 2 Tbsp.
- parsley and 1 tsp.
- each oregano and thyme.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
