Sausage Stuffed Shells Recipe

  1. Parboil sausage in small amount of water 5 to 7 min, drain off fat.
  2. Fry onions and sausage till brown, add in egg, bread and parsley, mix well.
  3. Fill shells with sausage mix.
  4. Pour a portion of sauce in bottom of pan, arrange filled shells in pan and pour the rest of sauce over shells.
  5. Cover and bake 25 to 30 min, remove cover and sprinkle with grated cheese, bake an additional 10 min.
