Sock It To Me Cake

  1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 375 DEGREES (200 C.), GREASE AND FLOUR A 10 INCH TUBE PAN.
  2. COMBINE 2 TBSP (30 ml) DRY CAKE MIX, BROWN SUGAR AND CINNAMON IN MEDIUM BOWL.
  3. STIR IN NUTS, SET ASIDE.
  4. COMBINE REMAINING CAKE MIX, EGGS, SOUR CREAM, OIL, AND WATER AND GRANULATED SUGAR IN LARGE BOWL.
  5. BEAT AT MEDIUM SPEED FOR 2 MINUTES.
  6. POUR TWO THIRDS OF BATTER INTO PAN.
  7. SPRINKLE WITH STREUSEL FILLING.
  8. SPOON REMAINING BATTER EVENLY OVER FILLING.
  9. BAKE AT 375 FOR 45 TO 55 MINUTES OR UNTIL TOOTHPICK COMES OUT CLEAN, DO NOT OVERBAKE.
  10. COOL IN PAN FOR 25 MINUTES THEN INVERT ONTO SERVING PLATE.
  11. COMBINE CONFECTIONERS SUGAR AND MILK IN SMALL BOWL.
  12. STIR UNTIL SMOOTH AND THEN DRIZZLE OVER CAKE...
