Pad kee mowe or spicy whisky beef stir fry
- 200 grams of ground beef
- 4 mushroom slices
- 1/2 slice of onion
- 1/2 cup of slices together of sweet green and yellow peppers
- 1/2 slice of carrot
- 6 of baby corn slices
- 1 hand full of sweet basil
- 1 tbsp spoon of chopped garlic
- 2 tbsp spoon of chopped thai chillies
- 2 tbsp spoon of whisky
- 1 1/2 tbsp spoon of oyster sauce
- 2 tsp spoon of fish sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp spoon of sugar
- 1 tbsp spoon of pepper or if you have fresh pepper corn is the best
- 1 tbsp spoon of oil
- In the heating pan add oil till oil get very hot add garlic and ground beef, fry till the meat is done
- Add onion, green and yellow peppers and thai chillies, carrot fry till vegetables cook
- Stir ib corn then add whisky, oyster sauce, sugar and fish sauce stir
- Add pepper and basil
- Make a quick stir fry and served hot
