Salt Substitute

  1. Peel the grapefruit as thinly as possible, then scrape away all the white parts.
  2. Dry the peel overnight near a source of heat.
  3. Grind the peel in a coffee grinder or spice mill, then combine it with the other ingredients.
  4. Put the mixture into a well sealed bottle and shake well to mix.
  5. Store in a dry place.
