Sparkle Citrus-Berry Splash

  1. Stir 1-1/2 cups boiling water into orange gelatin mix in large bowl at least 2 min.
  2. until completely dissolved.
  3. Stir in club soda.
  4. Place bowl of gelatin in larger bowl of ice and water.
  5. Let stand 5 min.
  6. or until thickened, stirring occasionally (consistency of unbeaten egg whites).
  7. Pour into 8x4-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  8. Refrigerate 15 min.
  9. Meanwhile, stir 3/4 cup boiling water into strawberry gelatin mix in large bowl at least 2 min.
  10. until completely dissolved.
  11. Stir in cold water.
  12. Place bowl of gelatin into larger bowl of ice and water.
  13. Let stand 5 min.
  14. or until thickened (consistency of unbeaten egg whites), stirring occasionally.
  15. Add strawberries; stir gently.
  16. Carefully pour over orange gelatin layer; cover.
  17. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
  18. Unmold.
  19. Store leftover gelatin in refrigerator.
