Kale Fritters
- 2 cup chopped kale
- 2 each chopped red Fresno chili's
- 1/3 each grated zucchini
- 3/4 cup flour
- 3/4 cup egg whites
- 1/3 cup bread crumbs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 beverage
- Mix it all together, letting it rest 10 minutes after adding the bread crumbs.
- Meanwhile, you drink the beverage, and fry in fresh oil until golden brown.
- White wine or cheese dipping sauce recipes sometime later!
- (somewhere on some weekend)
