Chroizo Pepper Pizza

  1. Mix

  4. Mix into soft dough, turn out onto a floured worksuface.
  5. Knead for 5 mins
  6. Roll into a ball, place I.
  7. Clean bowl and cover with a warm damp tea towel.
  8. Leave for 1 and 1/2 hours.
  9. Until doubles in size.
  10. Knock dough back knead and roll Into a ball.
  11. Recover for 30mins.
  12. Preheat oven onto highest setting
  13. Divide into balls of 6.
  14. (8 inches, diameter) or 1 pizza and 1 garlic bread which I did.
  15. Cover with toppings of your choice, I used tomato puree, cheese, spring onions, chorizo, green pepper
  16. If you decide to do a garlic bread, smother in garlic butter
  17. Cook for 12-15 mins
