Chroizo Pepper Pizza
- 650 grams strong white flour
- 7 grams satchet of easy blend yeast
- 2 tsp salt
- 25 ml olive oil, extra virgin
- 50 ml warm milk
- 325 ml warm water
- clove garlic butter
- 3 spring onion
- 250 grams grated cheese
- 1 grams green peppers
- Mix
- Stir in
- Gradually add
- Mix into soft dough, turn out onto a floured worksuface.
- Knead for 5 mins
- Roll into a ball, place I.
- Clean bowl and cover with a warm damp tea towel.
- Leave for 1 and 1/2 hours.
- Until doubles in size.
- Knock dough back knead and roll Into a ball.
- Recover for 30mins.
- Preheat oven onto highest setting
- Divide into balls of 6.
- (8 inches, diameter) or 1 pizza and 1 garlic bread which I did.
- Cover with toppings of your choice, I used tomato puree, cheese, spring onions, chorizo, green pepper
- If you decide to do a garlic bread, smother in garlic butter
- Cook for 12-15 mins
