Meatloaf Delight Recipe

• 4 pound minced meat
• 2 Large eggs
• 1/4 c. cool water
• 1/2 c. ketchup
• 1/2 c. seasoned croutons
• 1/2 c. orange or possibly duck sauce
• Garlic pwdr to taste

1. Mix first 5 ingredients.
2. Place in rectangle pan.
3. Cover with glaze.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
5. Drain off any fat.
6. (Optional: Put mashed potatoes around meatloaf and brown.)
