Green Smoothie for Dieters

  1. Peel the bananas, and roughly cut into pieces.
  2. Leave the skin on the apple, core, and roughly cut into pieces.
  3. Remove the skin from the kiwi, and roughly cut into pieces.
  4. Peel the orange skin, remove the seeds, and cut into pieces.
  5. Peel the avocado, core, and chop.
  6. Wash the komatsuna well, and roughly chop.
  7. Put all the ingredients into a blender, and switch it on.
  8. Please don't eat anything at least 40 minutes before and after drinking this green smoothie.
  9. Drink 2/3 for breakfast, and drink the rest between lunch and dinner.
