Green Smoothie for Dieters
- 2 Bananas
- 1/2 Apple
- 1 Kiwi
- 1 Orange
- 1 Avocado
- 1/2 bag Komatsuna
- 400 ml Water
- Peel the bananas, and roughly cut into pieces.
- Leave the skin on the apple, core, and roughly cut into pieces.
- Remove the skin from the kiwi, and roughly cut into pieces.
- Peel the orange skin, remove the seeds, and cut into pieces.
- Peel the avocado, core, and chop.
- Wash the komatsuna well, and roughly chop.
- Put all the ingredients into a blender, and switch it on.
- Please don't eat anything at least 40 minutes before and after drinking this green smoothie.
- Drink 2/3 for breakfast, and drink the rest between lunch and dinner.
