Easy Magic Lemon Pie

  1. Blend together Sweetened Condensed Milk, lemon juice, grated lemon rind or lemon extract and egg yolks.
  2. Pour into baked pie shell.
  3. Cover with meringue made by beating egg whites until stiff and adding sugar.
  4. Bake until brown in a moderate oven (350F).
  5. Chill before serving.
