Hot Broth for Udon and Soba Noodles

• 3 tbsp Mirin
• 4 tbsp Soy sauce
• 600 ml Dashi stock
• 1 dash Salt

1. Add the mirin into a pot and turn on the heat to high.
2. When it starts to boil, add the remaining ingredients, bring to a boil again, and you're done.
