Cocoa Cottage Hot Chocolate

• 3 12 cups milk
• 1 cup half-and-half
• 2 cinnamon sticks (3 inch each)
• 8 ounces semisweet chocolate
• 1 teaspoon instant espresso
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

1. Heat milk, cream and cinnamon to a boil.
2. Add chocolate, instant coffee until chocolate is melted and well blended.
3. Add vanilla!
4. Top with whipped cream!
