Feta, Bacon & Caramelized Onion Tart
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 onions, thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 ready-to-use refrigerated pie crust (1/2 of 15-oz. pkg.)
- 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
- 1 pkg. (4 oz.) ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
- 1/4 cup OSCAR MAYER Turkey Bacon Bits
- 1 tsp. dried rosemary leaves
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar glaze
- Melt butter in large skillet on medium-low heat.
- Add onions and sugar; cook 20 to 25 min.
- or until onions are golden brown, stirring frequently.
- Cool slightly.
- Heat oven to 400F.
- Unroll crust onto baking sheet; spread with Neufchatel to within 2 inches of edge.
- Top with feta, onion mixture, bacon bits and rosemary.
- Fold edge of dough slightly over filling.
- Bake 20 to 25 min.
- or until crust is golden brown.
- Cool slightly.
- Drizzle with glaze.
