Captain Morgan Pork Ribs

  1. Marinate pork in rum for 2-48 hours.
  2. Dry off ribs.
  3. Toss with enough oil to cover.
  4. Season.
  5. Grill a few minutes on each side until caramelized with nice grill marks.
