Captain Morgan Pork Ribs
- 1 lb country pork ribs
- 3/4 cup captain Morgan black rum
- 1 tbsp allspice
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp celery seed
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 vegetable oil; as needed
- Marinate pork in rum for 2-48 hours.
- Dry off ribs.
- Toss with enough oil to cover.
- Season.
- Grill a few minutes on each side until caramelized with nice grill marks.
