AMIEs YOGURT with GRAPEs, Cereals & Nuts
- 500 grams unflavoured (white natural) yogurt
- 100 grams green grapes (without seeds) quartered
- 100 grams black grapes (without seeds) quartered
- 4 tbsp honey (miele)
- 50 grams cereals
- 50 grams wallnuts, minced
- 4 jars (or bottles) with lids
- Combine all grapes with 2 tablespoon honey in a bowl and mix well.
- Set aside.
- In another bowl, whisk the yogurt, with the remaining honey until softly whipped.
- Divide half of the grapes between the jars.
- Pour-in the yogurt.
- Repeat a layer.
- Top each jars with cereals and nuts.
- Refrigerate at least 2-3 hours.
- Best for breakfast!
- Note: We can use icing sugar instead of honey, if desired.
