Healthy breakfast

  1. Put the fruit in a bowl so it starts to de-frost.
  2. The heat of the porridge will finish the job
  3. Put the oats and water in a pan and warm over a gentle heat
  4. When it starts to bubble, lower heat to minimum and stir while it thickens.
  5. At this stage you can add half a glass of milk if you like your porridge creamy.
  6. Pour into the bowl on top of the fruit
  7. Add maple syrup, seeds and a dash of milk, yoghurt or cream.
  8. Enjoy with your morning coffee and feel healthy all morning!
