Fried Wonton
- 10 wonton wrappers
- 2 ounces ground pork
- 12 small shallot (Minced)
- 2 mushrooms (Minced)
- 1 ounce shrimp (Minced)
- 14 teaspoon soya sauce
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- oil (for deep frying)
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Place a little of filling on each square of wontons.
- Damp edges with water and fold.
- Have one point in front of you and fold over to top point to make triangle, then fold over left and right edges.
- (looks like a little hat).
- Fry in hot oil until brown and crispy.
- Drain in paper towels.
- Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce.
