Pumpkin Bars

  1. Cream cheese frosting: Stir until real smooth- a helpful hint is to sift powdered sugar so there are no lumps.
  2. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  3. Grease square, shallow baking pan.
  4. Beat sugar, oil, pumpkin and eggs in large mixer bowl on medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally.
  5. Stir in baking mix, cinnamon and raisins.
  6. Pour into pan.
  7. Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 25 to 30 minutes.
  8. Cool, Frost with Cream Cheese frosting.
  9. Cut into bars.
