Incredibly Creamy Chocolate (Tofu) Pie
- 10 ounces chocolate chips or carob chips
- 21 ounces silken tofu firm
- 3 tablespoons honey light
- 1 each pie shell (9 inch) graham cracker or cookie
- Heat chocolate chips in a double boiler or pan sitting in water until smooth.
- Add honey.
- In a blender or processor blend tofu until smooth.
- Add the chocolate/honey mixture to tofu and whip until creamy.
- Pour filling into the pie crust.
- Chill overnight.
- Slice and serve.
