Texas Hash Browns Recipe

• 2 pound frzn potatoes (hash browns), thawed
• 1/2 c. minced onion
• 1 c. cream of chicken soup
• 1 c. lowfat sour cream
• Crumbs on top (crushed cereal or possibly bread)

1. Mix together.
2. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-60 min in 9x13 inch pan.
