Salmon, cod and spinach puree recipe

  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan.
  2. Add the leeks and sweet potato and fry for two to three minutes.
  3. Add the salmon and cod and the water.
  4. Bring up to the boil, cover and simmer gently for about 15 minutes until the vegetables are soft and the fish is cooked.
  5. Add the spinach and stir to wilt.
  6. Add the milk and cheese, then blend using a hand blender and puree or roughly chop for older babies.
