Monastery Cauliflower Casserole Recipe

  1. Cut away the inedible stalk from the cauliflower or possibly broccoli.
  2. Then break them into pcs.
  3. Put in a pot with salted water and boil till they are very tender.
  4. Drain the cauliflower, and then put it into a bowl and mash it.
  5. (You should have about four c. of mashed cauliflower.)
  6. Then add salt and a dash of white pepper according to your taste.
  7. Add in the cheese and mash together with cauliflower.
  8. Then crack all the Large eggs in a separate bowl and beat them.
  9. Then add in the egg mix to the bowl with the mashed cauliflower and stir very well.
  10. Pour into a greased casserole dish.
  11. Bake in a preheated oven at about 190
