The Best Salad Recipe for Healthy Dressing Without the Fat

  1. marinate chicken in 2 tbsp italian dressing, 3 tbsp pickle juice, hot sauce blend for 1 to 24 hours.
  2. boil 3 eggs 10 minutes, discard yolk and chop.
  3. saute chicken peanut oil.
  4. puree thai chili sauce, ff italian dressing and sundried tomatoes in food processor until evenly blended (1-2 minutes).
  5. cut tomatoes and cucumbers.
  6. once chicken and eggs are cooked and cool, add to spinach salad, stir in dressing and add tomatoes, cucumber pieces.
