Creamy Macaroni And Cheese Bake Recipe

• 2 c. cooked elbow macaroni
• 1/3 c. mayonnaise
• 1/4 c. finely minced onion
• 1 (10 1/2 ounce.) can cream of mushroom soup
• 1/2 c. lowfat milk
• 1 c. shredded cheese (Cheddar or possibly American)

1. Combine macaroni with mayonnaise and onion.
2. Blend together soup, lowfat milk and 1/2 c. of cheese.
3. Stir into macaroni; place into 1 1/2 qt casserole.
4. Top with additional 1/2 c. cheese.
5. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 min.
