Pulled Pork with Mustard BBQ
- 1 whole Pork Roast
- 1 cup Prepared Yellow Mustard
- 1/2 cups Cider Vinegar
- 13 cups Brown Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- Rinse pork roast.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Place in a crock pot.
- Cook on low for about 8 hours.
- About an hour before pork roast is done, mix all remaining ingredients in small saucepan.
- Simmer on low for about 30 minutes.
- Remove from heat, let sit for about 30 minutes.
- When pork roast is done cooking, shred with a fork and knife.
- Pour BBQ sauce over the meat.
- This is great served on Kings Hawaiian sweet sandwich rolls, or as is.
- Enjoy!
