Pulled Pork with Mustard BBQ

  1. Rinse pork roast.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place in a crock pot.
  4. Cook on low for about 8 hours.
  5. About an hour before pork roast is done, mix all remaining ingredients in small saucepan.
  6. Simmer on low for about 30 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat, let sit for about 30 minutes.
  8. When pork roast is done cooking, shred with a fork and knife.
  9. Pour BBQ sauce over the meat.
  10. This is great served on Kings Hawaiian sweet sandwich rolls, or as is.
  11. Enjoy!
