Low-Fat Honey Granola Bars

  1. Combine the oats, flour, wheat germ, and cinnamon, and stir to mix well.
  2. Add the honey, and stir until the mixture is moist and crumbly.
  3. Fold in the raisins or other fruits.
  4. Coat an 8-inch square pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  5. Pat the mixture into the pan, and bake at 300F for 18 to 20 minutes, or until lightly browned.
  6. Cool to room temperature, cut into bars, and serve.
