Indonesian Pork Chops 'N Zesty Relish
- 1/4 cup A.1. Original Sauce
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 2 Tbsp. packed light brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. grated fresh gingerroot
- 1/2 cup finely diced seeded and peeled cucumber
- 1/4 cup finely chopped radishes
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut, toasted
- 6 (4 oz.) boneless loin pork chops
- Combine steak sauce, coconut milk, brown sugar, garlic and ginger in small bowl; reserve 1/4 cup for basting.
- Stir cucumber, radishes, onion and coconut into remaining sauce; refrigerate.
- Grill pork chops over medium heat for 10 minutes or until done, turning occasionally and brushing often with reserved sauce.
- Serve hot with cucumber relish.
