Indonesian Pork Chops 'N Zesty Relish

  1. Combine steak sauce, coconut milk, brown sugar, garlic and ginger in small bowl; reserve 1/4 cup for basting.
  2. Stir cucumber, radishes, onion and coconut into remaining sauce; refrigerate.
  3. Grill pork chops over medium heat for 10 minutes or until done, turning occasionally and brushing often with reserved sauce.
  4. Serve hot with cucumber relish.
