Mom's Pumpkin Pie Recipe

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Beat till smooth.
  3. Fill pie crust.
  4. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 50 min.
  5. Pumpkin Puree: Clean out pumpkin, cut up and remove skin.
  6. Boil for about 15-20 min, till soft.
  7. Drain pumpkin.
  8. Place in blender.
  9. Puree till smooth.
