Baleadas

  1. Mix flour, baking powder and salt in medium bowl.
  2. Stir in water and oil to form dough.
  3. Knead dough 5 min.
  4. on lightly floured surface.
  5. Shape into disk.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap; let rest 20 min.
  7. Divide dough into 8 equal pieces.
  8. Roll each dough piece into 6-inch disk; cover with plastic wrap.
  9. Repeat with remaining dough to make 8 tortillas.
  10. Heat large skillet on medium-high heat.
  11. Add tortillas in batches; cook 1 min.
  12. on each side until browned and lightly puffed.
  13. Spoon warm beans evenly over hot tortillas; top with remaining ingredients.
  14. Fold in half.
  15. Serve immediately.
