Cheese'n Sabzi Bread Rolls

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Add next 6 ingredients; cook 10 min.
  4. or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
  5. Remove from heat; stir in cheese and 2 Tbsp.
  6. coriander.
  7. Flatten bread slices with rolling pin.
  8. Spoon about 2 Tbsp.
  9. vegetable mixture down one long side of each bread slice; roll up, starting at topped side.
  10. Place, seam-sides down, on parchment paper-covered baking sheet.
  11. Spray with cooking spray.
  12. Bake 20 min.
  13. or until crisp and lightly browned.
  14. Sprinkle with remaining coriander.
  15. Combine dressing with garam masala, and serve as a dipping sauce.
