Cheese'n Sabzi Bread Rolls
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 red pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1 cup coleslaw blend (cabbage slaw mix)
- 1 tsp. garam masala
- 1/2 tsp. each cumin seed, and red chili powder or cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Tex Mex Cheese
- 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh coriander (cilantro), divided
- 8 slices whole wheat bread
- 1/4 cup Kraft Rancher's Choice Dressing
- 1/4 tsp. garam masala
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add next 6 ingredients; cook 10 min.
- or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat; stir in cheese and 2 Tbsp.
- coriander.
- Flatten bread slices with rolling pin.
- Spoon about 2 Tbsp.
- vegetable mixture down one long side of each bread slice; roll up, starting at topped side.
- Place, seam-sides down, on parchment paper-covered baking sheet.
- Spray with cooking spray.
- Bake 20 min.
- or until crisp and lightly browned.
- Sprinkle with remaining coriander.
- Combine dressing with garam masala, and serve as a dipping sauce.
