Green Cream Soup Recipe

  1. Saute/fry celery and onions in butter.
  2. Add in chicken broth, broccoli, potatoes and spices and simmer for 30 min.
  3. Add in peas and spinach; simmer 10 min.
  4. Puree in blender, then add in lowfat milk and cream.
  5. Top bowl of soup with tsp.
  6. of carrots.
