Stuffed Jalapeno Popper Burger
- 4 Tablespoons Cheddar Cheese
- 4 Tablespoons Cream Cheese
- 1- 1/2 pound Ground Beef
- 1/4 cups Pickled Jalapenos, Chopped
- 1/4 cups Onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cups Panko Bread Crumbs
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 4 whole Hamburger Buns
- Optional Burger Toppings: Lettuce, Tomatoes, You Choose
- Combine cheddar cheese and cream cheese in a bowl.
- Combine ground beef, jalapenos, onion, bread crumbs, and salt and pepper in a medium bowl.
- Mix together with your hands to combine.
- Form 8 thin patties.
- Evenly divide the cream cheese mixture in dollops on 4 of the patties.
- Add a patty on top of each one and mold them together to seal well.
- This is important because you dont want the yummy cheese dripping out.
- Grill over medium high heat for 7 minutes per side.
- Let the patties stand for 3-4 minutes before biting into them!
- Serve on a grilled roll with your favorite toppings.
