Mushroom Stew

  1. Fry up the beef, peppers & onions, & when slightly brown, add mushrooms.
  2. Finish browning the beef, and add corn & mushroom stew.
  3. Simmer until soup is hot.
  4. let cool for 2 minutes.
  5. Serve over rice or egg noodles.
  6. ENJOY!
