Mushroom Stew
- 12 lb fresh mushrooms
- 1 lb canned creamed corn
- 2 lbs canned cream of mushroom soup
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 pinch paprika
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 12 teaspoon basil
- red & green pepper (optional)
- onion (optional)
- Fry up the beef, peppers & onions, & when slightly brown, add mushrooms.
- Finish browning the beef, and add corn & mushroom stew.
- Simmer until soup is hot.
- let cool for 2 minutes.
- Serve over rice or egg noodles.
- ENJOY!
