Hamburger Steak (JI /style)
- 2 lb hamburger. meat
- 1 each egg per 2 pounds
- 2 tbsp ground pepper
- 2 tbsp salt
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp weistershier. sause. or more
- 1 packages faiquita. season per 2 lbs
- 3 tbsp Minced Gralic
- 1 packages ranch (dry)
- Mix all ingredient in a large mixing bowl and mix with hand to ensure all ingredients are mix.
- Seperate patties into size to your taste.. Patties can be frozen for use at a latter tim
