Scarborough Fair Salad

  1. Toss apples with lemon juice in large bowl.
  2. Add chicken, almonds, celery, onions and parsley; mix lightly.
  3. Mix remaining ingredients until well blended.
  4. Add to chicken mixture; toss to coat.
  5. Cover.
  6. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
