Edamame White Bean Hummus
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Cannellini Beans, Drained And Rinsed
- 1 cup Shelled Edamame (store Bought, Or You Can Thaw Frozen And Shell Yourself)
- 1/2 whole Medium Lemon, Juiced
- 1/4 cups Fresh Cilantro Leaves
- 2 Tablespoons Freshly Chopped Parsley
- 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Tahini (sesame Paste)
- 2 cloves Garlic, Rough Chop
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Cumin
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- Add all ingredients to the bowl of a food processor.
- Pulse until desired consistency.
- Give it a taste and adjust salt as needed.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
