meatloaf with a spicy twist

• 3 lb ground beef
• 1 tbsp salt
• 2 eggs
• 6 saltine crackers in crumbs
• 3 serano chiles chopped up
• 1/2 cup ketchup
• 2 tbsp hot sauce (preferably tapatio )
• 1/2 onion chopped finely
• 1 clove garlic chopped finely

1. combine all ingredients in large bowl, mix well.
2. set oven at 350`
3. form meatloaf into a log on a cookie sheet.
4. Cover with foil and cook 45 minutes.
5. Remove foil and cook another 45 minutes, if u like ketchup on top now would b when u would add it.
