Oven roast

• 1 5 lb bottom roast
• 3 lb potatoe
• 1 baking bag
• 1 season salt
• 1 meat tenderiozer

1. Prep potatoes..put season salt on roast and meat tender..let sit 25 mins..put in bag..bake at 350 -45 mins.
2. Test product..
