Toasted Almond Cheesecake Pie

  1. Pour cold milk and extract into medium bowl.
  2. Add pudding mixes.
  3. Beat with wire whisk 1 minute.
  4. (Mixture will be thick.)
  5. Gently stir in 1/2 of the whipped topping.
  6. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of the almonds onto bottom of crust.
  7. Spread pudding mixture over almonds in crust.
  8. Cover with remaining whipped topping.
  9. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup almonds.
  10. Refrigerate 4 hours until set.
  11. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
