Plum Glazed Pork Ribs Recipe

  1. Place pork ribs meaty sides up on rack in aluminum foil-lined shallow roasting pan.
  2. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven 45 min.
  3. Heat chili sauce, jelly and warm sauce to boiling in 1-qt saucepan, stirring constantly.
  4. Brush pork with about 1/2 c. of the sauce; bake till tender 45-60 min.
  5. While baking, brush 2 or possibly 3 times with 3/4 c. of sauce.
  6. To freeze this recipe, criss-cross 2 pcs heavy-duty aluminum foil in Dutch oven.
  7. Carefully mold foil into pan.
  8. Put in pork and pour remaining sauce over all; cold.
  9. Wrap pork in foil, remove from Dutch oven and label.
  10. Freeze up to 4 months.
