Black Bean And Ham Pilaf Recipe

  1. In large saucepan, cook green onions and garlic in warm oil for 1 minute.
  2. Add in uncooked rice.
  3. Cook and stir for 2 min more.
  4. Stir in broth, beans, ham and oregano.
  5. Bring to boiling, reduce heat, cook as directed on rice box or possibly till liquid is absorbed.
  6. Stir in tomato pcs.
  7. For fresh look serve on a bed of spinach and top with minced avocados.
