Dorito Stack
- 1 big bag of chilli heatwave doritos
- 300 grams minced beef
- 1 beef stock cube
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 salt and pepper
- 1 bunch basil
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 dash Worcester sauce
- 1 tin chopped tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 cheese (as much as you like)
- dice the onion and grate the carrot.
- crush the garlic
- brown off the mince adding half the onion, half the carrot and the stock cube.
- drain the mince, add the chilli, cayenne, Worcester sauce and paprika.
- stir and cover keeping on a low heat
- sweat the rest of the onions off and add the rest of the carrot.
- add the tin tomatoes, basil, sugar and garlic.
- simmer to reduce
- preheat grill (broiler)
- pour doritos into casserole dish.
- sprinkle beef over evenly.
- pour on the tomato sauce and top with lots of cheese.
- grill until the cheese has melted.
- you can use different nacho brands and flavours.
- you can have different sides like fries, sour cream, guacamole
